Innovations in Brain Tumor Surgery & Radiation Oncology

“Innovations in Brain Tumor Surgery & Radiation Oncology” conference organized by Rhazes Global and supported by KOÇ HEALTHCARE was held in Rhazes Global social project framework, on February 2, 2018, at Holiday Inn Hotel.

Amongst attendees were Georgian doctors with whom Rhazes Global actively cooperates, students and representatives of Tbilisi State Medical University, likewise, representatives of various insurance companies, non-governmental organizations, and different Georgian medical associations.

Rhazes Global Director, Shahsuvar Hajizada pronounced greeting speech, later KOÇ HEALTHCARE, ‘international patient program’ executive secretary spoke directly about the structure of hospitals and about the doctors.

Professor İhsan Solaroğlu had a very interesting report about innovations in brain tumor surgery, he discussed difficult cases from his professional experience with attending colleagues and students. Professor Duygu Sezen spoke about radiation therapy effectiveness in oncology, shared her experience in gamma knife surgery with the audience, observing how significant it is for fast and effective healing.

Attendants were able to ask questions and discuss with the guests, all of them got a participation certificate at the end of the conference.

Last but not least, invited doctors provided free consultations and future treatment plans for the patients.
